The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a three phase process to help ensure crime free multi-housing units.
Property managers can become individually certified after completing training in each phase while the physical property itself can only be certified upon completion of all three phases. The anticipated benefits of a fully certified property are; 1)reduced crime and, 2)reduced exposure to civil liability. The benefits of successful program completion include: · A stable, more satisfied tenant base.
· Increased demand for rental units with a reputation for active management.
