City Meeting Agendas & Minutes:

Please Read the Following Important Information !!

1) The Live Webcast service will only work when there is an actual City Council meeting occurring. Regular City Council meetings typically occur on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 PM. Planning Commission Meetings are usually held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM. Occassionally, some meeting dates and times change and will noted below.

2) The Live Webcast can be viewed in Windows Media Player. The Windows Media Player support site can be found HERE. Mac OS X users can use Windows Media Player for Mac which can be found HERE.

3) Please be patient - the video stream usually takes a few moments to download and get going !!

4) Agendas are posted 72 hours prior to a scheduled meeting. Minutes must be approved and are usually posted 2-3 weeks after a meeting.

After that time if you wish to review an entire agenda packet please contact the office of the City Clerk for a copy. The packet can be large, so please allow sufficient time for the document to transfer and load.
