Notice of Unclaimed Funds

Notice is hereby given that the City of Crescent City is holding funds for the following persons. If said funds are not claimed by November 3, 2025, these funds will become the property of the City of Crescent City, in accordance with California Government Code Sections 50050 – 50056. These funds may be released to the depositor, their heir, beneficiary, or duly appointed representative, provided a claim form has been completed with the necessary information.

The Stale Check Claim form is available at the City of Crescent City Finance Department, 377 J Street, Crescent City, CA 95531, or by calling Chrissy Rawlings, Finance Analyst, at (707) 464-7483 x 21 or on our website at www.crescentcity.org . Once a claim is submitted, the Finance Director will determine what, if any, additional information is necessary.
