We are Accepting Pre-Applications for Round Two of the Business Assistance Loan Program Until 8/17/26 at 5PM

The City of Crescent City is offering forgivable loans to qualified businesses with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The purpose of this program is to provide flexible financing to businesses throughout the county that can create or retain jobs for low-to-moderate income individuals.

APPLICATION WORKSHOP

Our Program Operator will walk you though the steps to complete an application on August 10, 2026, 5:30-6:30 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 210 Battery Street.

ONE-ON-ONE MEETING

Schedule a meeting with our Program Operator on August 11, 2026 to discuss any specific questions about your business or the program at 707-458-4814.

PRE-APPLICATION PORTAL OPENS

Submit your pre-application in person at City Hall or online at www.ccbusinessloan.com from August 11-17, 2026. Applicants will be selected by lottery to determine who moves onto a full application.
