Applying for PBV assistance at Harbor Point Senior Apts

Harbor Point Apartments, located at 655 H Street in Crescent City, will be ready for occupancy in mid-October 2025. Harbor Point is a three-story, 26-unit senior housing complex with a fitness area, laundry facilities, and on-site management. To qualify, applicants must be 62 and above with a household income not exceeding 50% of the Area Median Income (at or below $32,900 for a 1-person household, $37,600 for 2-person, and $42,300 for 3-person). Residents at Harbor Point will pay a share of rent equal to 30% of household income, and the remainder will be subsidized by the City of Crescent City Housing Authority (“CCHA”) through Project Based Voucher (“PBV”) assistance. All 26 units at the location will be subsidized by CCHA through PBV assistance.

Please see the application link below.  Income documentation, government-issued ID, and Social Security cards for all household members will be required at the time of application submission for placement on the waiting list. Applications for Harbor Point PBV assistance will be accepted as of Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 7:30AM at the CCHA office. Any applications for Harbor Point submitted prior to July 9 will be returned. Applications will be placed on the waiting list in order of time/date received and applicants will be referred to Harbor Point property management for consideration of tenancy upon selection from the waiting list.
